A Reflection of Partnership and Progress

At Grow, we believe that sustainable business growth starts with growing people. Our 2025 Client Results Survey reaffirmed that belief and we are deeply grateful for the feedback and trust shared by our clients.

This year’s results, drawn from a 54% response rate, reflect not just satisfaction, but meaningful partnership and impact. We are proud to share that Grow achieved a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 82, placing us in the world-class category, and an average customer satisfaction score of 9.5/10. These numbers are more than metrics, they represent thousands of moments of progress, clarity, and breakthrough experienced by leaders and their teams.

From Chaos to Clarity

Many clients described how our structured frameworks, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and disciplined accountability cadence have transformed the way they lead and grow their businesses. As one client shared, Grow helped their organisation move “from chaos to clarity”, building the systems and focus needed to scale beyond the founders.
